Guinea pig begging for food... Or is he really a meerkat in disguise? Super cute pictures!

Recently my Guinea pig has been getting more and more confident and sitting up and begging for food. It's incredibly cute but even cuter he is quite unstable on his feet and wobbles back every now and again.

I have two guinea pigs and only one does this and last night I finally managed to capture some shots of him doing his fantastic little trick.

Even without food he will often sit up and look for something, He has always been the more confident out of my two piggies and always likes being up high, sitting up on top of his bed rather than in his bed. Sitting often with his paws up on the cage looking out but this is his cutest moments yet. 

Greedy Little Guinea Pig

Never ask someone else to feed your Guinea Pig, One minute my partner is opening the bag of dry food to feed my piggies the next minute one of my piggies is in the bag of food!!

I'm sure my piggy was very happy, and thought he had gone to heaven, unfortunately he was not allowed to stay in the bag very long as piggy by name piggy by nature he would have gorged himself silly.

Cutest guinea pig pictures

With no plans for the weekend other than the usual household duties I went out and got my guinea pigs their daily dose of grass and whilst laughing at them stuffing their faces i wondered if they would let me get close enough to use my fish eye lens to create some interesting pictures of my piggies.

The results were that they couldn't care less about the camera pointing in their faces whilst stuffing themselves with as much grass as possible.

I can't stop smiling at how cute my two boys are, such cute little noses.

Guinea pig from above!

Well this might seam like a random idea, but i wondered what a guinea pig would look like looking up at him from underneath. So with my glass table tempted with a delicious bean my willing guinea pig volunteer sat on the table whilst i sat underneath with my camera....

This is the result.... I did only use a point and shoot without any flash as didn't want to scare him, and i'm glad he didn't make a mess on the table!!

I'm wondering what else can be photographed through glass to look pretty cool. I found some inspiration online so maybe it's not such a mad idea after all and i should take the idea of photographing with glass further!

Happy Halloween - Pumpkin and guinea pigs!!

That'll teach me for leaving a pumpkin out on the floor with a guinea pig around!! Tiddles, just very cleverly walked up to our pumpkin removed the lid with his teeth and began tucking in!!! 

I'm not too sure guinea pigs are supposed to enjoy Halloween as much as mine is right now so the pumpkin has been removed and he is back to eating greens!!

I think I'm spoiling my piggies with their play area but they love running around and playing so much and with added grass they couldn't be happier

I know, i'm terrible, i'm going to bore everyone with more pictures of my fluffy friends, But my piggie is being so cute climbing up the bars to get my attention and have his belly tickled.

My Guinea Pigs are doing really well and getting used to wondering around the living room, there so cute as they have a mad half hour scuttling up and down and then hopping back in their cage to be shut in.

Although i had a scare when i went to let them out, as looking in their cage i couldn't see them in their bed..... didn't realize they had managed to work out how to get on top of their beds!!!

Guinea Pigs - New members of the photobrook family

We now have two additions to the photobrook family, The new guinea pigs arrived last friday and have enjoyed their first week here. Tiddles is the brown piggy, and pig is the ginger piggy with the red eyes, pig is very friendly and very tame, but Tiddles is a shy little piggy but both are so very cute and happy to be photographed.
