Well the sun's shining again after last nights rain, however it's a mere 6'C with a very chilly breeze out there today, so much for our few days mild weather and think perhaps i should put the flip flops back in the wardrobe for another few weeks! I've been for a little drive and enjoyed some fresh air and it's now time to start today's baking session.
Today i will be attempting Coffee and Walnut cake, Again it's another first attempt so check back here later for my pictures and fingers crossed it goes ok.
